How We Rate The MoviesWhat constitutes a good weekend feature? What makes a good date movie? In all honesty, your guess is as good as ours. We rate movies the same way most people do -- would you recommend it to a friend? Is it worth the full price at the rental place or should you wait for it to come on TV? To that end, anyone can write reviews of their favorite (or least favorite) movies and send them in to our Movie Guys.

Terms most often used by our reviewers are loosely defined as thus (Popcorn ratings aren't meant to be strictly linked to the descriptions):
Weekend Night Feature: These are the movies worth staying home for. If you missed it in the theaters, grab it right away when it comes out on video.
Saturday Afternoon Flick: A fun movie worthy of filling an empty few hours. These movies usually don't need too much brain power and are sure to entertain.
Date Movie: A pretty self-explanatory term, the date movie refers to one that will help you get to know that certain someone better, or give you an excuse to pull him or her closer.
Wait For Cable/Free TV: These are the movies that aren't worth putting yourself out for. If you have the chance to see it, fine. But if you miss it, don't cry into your popcorn.
Don't Bother: One of our reviewers wasted 2-3 hours watching this stinker so you wouldn't have to.
