'Flinstones' Movie Is A Yabba-Dabba-Don't
In their reviews of "The Flintstones in Viva Rock Vegas," the critics are having a field day offering alternatives for the last syllable of Yabba-dabba-doo.
Among them: Yabba-dabba-don't, -dud, -dumb, -boo, and (the most used) doo-doo.
Susan Wloszczyna in USA Today concludes her review by pleading, "Let the film series be yabba-dabba-done."
But elsewhere in the paper, John Shaw, owner of Movieline International, is quoted as saying, "I don't think that audiences care at all about reviews when it comes to the Flintstones."
