Cornerback Antwaun Molden fell one game short of a Super Bowl title last season.

The cornerback will try his luck with the team that defeated his New England Patriots in Super Bowl XLVI as he agreed to terms on a deal with the New York Giants.

"Thank You all! I greatly appreciate it. Glad to be a Giant," the 27-year-old Molden wrote on his Twitter account.

Molden collected 28 tackles and two interceptions last season for the Patriots. The four-year veteran also had 11 tackles while playing on special teams.

The Giants also signed free-agent offensive guard Sean Locklear, who played with the NFC East rival Washington Redskins last season.
