(CNN) -

Demi Moore's taken action to no longer be known as Mrs. Kutcher, but she still bears the name on Twitter.

The actress returned to the social media site on April 15 after a four-month hiatus with a tentative tweet, issuing a link to what appears to be a photo of herself stretched out across a bed along with the caption "testing."

Fans were undoubtedly pleased to see something new from the actress, who has kept a low profile in light of personal troubles that erupted earlier this year.

In January, the actress sought professional help to treat exhaustion, and subsequently dropped out of the movie "Lovelace." (Sarah Jessica Parker was tapped to take Moore's place in the film as Gloria Steinem.)

And as for that Twitter handle, @MrsKutcher, it looks like it's still not a worry for the 49-year-old star.

Following her announcement that she was ending her marriage to actor Ashton Kutcher last November, many wondered when her name on the site would reflect the changes in her personal life.

Moore said at the time that changing her Twitter name wasn't "a top priority," inquiring, "does it really matter?"
