Medical coverage provides you and your family with peace of mind and protection against the high cost of health care. We contribute to the monthly premium for both employee and family coverage. A new full-time employee is eligible for coverage, the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.

Dental
Preventive dental care and dental maintenance is the key to long-term dental health. Internet Broadcasting provides dental insurance that assists in making dental care and maintenance affordable to you and your family. A new employee is eligible for coverage, the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.

Vision
In addition to the vision benefit in our medical plan, Internet Broadcasting offers an additional vision discount program through Outlook Vision. With a national network of participating doctors, Outlook Vision offers preferred pricing on vision exams, contact lenses, eyeglass lenses and eyeglass frames. A new employee is eligible for coverage, the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.

Basic Life Insurance (Group Term Life – GTL)
Life insurance offers an important source of financial protection for your family. Internet Broadcasting provides you with 2 x your annual salary of basic term life insurance at no cost to you. A new employee is eligible for coverage, the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.

Accidental Death and Dismemberment
Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) coverage provides benefits in the event of death or dismemberment resulting from an accident. Internet Broadcasting provides you with 2 x your annual salary of AD&D coverage at no cost to you. A new employee is eligible for coverage, the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.

401(k) Retirement Savings Plan
A salary deferral plan that allows you to save money for retirement using pre-tax dollars with a matching company contribution. Voluntary Term Life & AD&D Insurance Additionally, you can choose to purchase supplemental term life insurance or AD&D insurance for yourself and/or your dependents through our Group Term Life (GTL) program.

Disability Benefits
Disability coverage enables you to continue collecting a portion of your earnings if a qualified disability prevents you from working. Internet Broadcasting is pleased to provide at no cost to employees both STD and LTD disability coverage.

Short-Term Disability (STD)
Should you have an accident or illness that causes an extended period of absence, STD can help maintain a portion of your income. Approved STD generally follows 10 days of absence and can extend to 90 days depending upon your situation.

Long-Term Disability (LTD)
When accidents or illnesses cause lengthy absences, LTD can provide income assistance. Internet Broadcasting provides for coverage of 60% of your salary, at no cost to you, up to a maximum of $10,000 per month.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides free and confidential access to solutions for everyday challenges at work, home, as well as emotional and physical well being for you and your immediate family members (including referrals). This program is available 24 hours per day, 365 days a year.

Flexible Spending Account
A Flexible Spending Account (FSA) allows employees to set aside pre-tax earnings to pay for eligible medical and dependent care expenses. Internet Broadcasting employees can defer up to $3,000 annually for a Health Care FSA and $5,000 annually for a Dependent Care FSA.

Paid Time Off (PTO)
We at Internet Broadcasting pride ourselves in providing a healthy, comfortable work environment for our employees. An important part of that is giving you the opportunity to take a mental and physical break from the demands of your job during the year. PTO can be used for any reason (personal, sick or vacation time). Annual PTO allotments range from 16 to 25 days, depending upon length of service.
