Elmer Baldwin, President & Chief Executive Officer

Elmer Baldwin
As President & Chief Executive Officer, Elmer Baldwin is leading Internet Broadcasting into a new era of growth. He is a chief executive with a record of success at various established and start-up technology firms including units of Fujitsu, Accenture, Egghead Software and Oracle.

Baldwin most recently was president-CEO of Analysts International Corp., a large Minneapolis-based provider of IT services, including staffing and project-based solutions, to businesses and government agencies. Before that, he led Minnetonka-based BORN Information Services as president-CEO, which he sold to Fujitsu after helping to restore BORN to profitability.

Earlier he was president-CEO of Via World Network, an Accenture-backed, Minneapolis-based provider of travel automation tools and services. He joined Via from Egghead Software, where he was VP of the corporate, government and education division. (…more)

Todd Carter, Chief Technology Officer

Todd Carter
As Chief Technology Officer, Carter leads product development, product management and quality assurance to build and integrate new digital solutions to extend the company’s leadership position in the market.

Prior to joining IB, Carter was the VP of Enterprise Architecture and Strategy at Best Buy. At Best Buy, he led the delivery of many large technology initiatives and most recently was responsible for developing a global, multi-year technology strategy for I.T. to enable the company’s broader business strategy. Prior to Best Buy, Carter led Product Development for Previsor and held technology leadership positions within Wells Fargo.

Carter holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Marquette University.

Steve Johansen, Chief Financial Officer

Steve JohansenAs Chief Financial Officer, Johansen manages negotiations for most of IB’s major strategic relationships. He also ensures the financial and administrative health and growth of IB by overseeing the company’s finance, accounting, legal and human resource departments.

Before coming to IB, Johansen spent nearly 18 years in public and private accounting. He most recently served as Senior Vice President, CFO, Treasurer and Secretary at Dougherty Financial Group LLC.

Johansen received his CPA licensure while working for Coopers & Lybrand and earned an MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. Johansen and his family reside in Edina, Minn.
