Benefits

To help achieve our goal of attracting and retaining quality employees, we offer a competitive and comprehensive benefits package. All employees are eligible to participate in the 401k plan. Full-time employees are eligible to participate in all of the following benefit plans beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment.  Benefit eligibility varies for part-time employees.

Medical
Medical coverage provides you and your family with peace of mind and protection against the high cost of health care. We offer two medical plans, traditional PPO and a Health Savings Account (HSA) eligible PPO. Internet Broadcasting contributes to the monthly premiums for both employee and family coverage.

Dental
Preventive dental care and dental maintenance is the key to long-term dental health. Internet Broadcasting provides dental insurance that assists in making dental care and maintenance affordable to you and your family.

Vision
In addition to the vision benefit in our medical plan, Internet Broadcasting offers an additional vision voluntary program through Eye Med. With a national network of private and retail doctors, Eye Med offers vision exams and coverage on contact lenses or eyeglass lenses and frames.

Basic Life Insurance (Group Term Life – GTL)
Life insurance offers an important source of financial protection for your family. Internet Broadcasting provides you with a benefit equal to two times your annual salary of basic term life.

Accidental Death and Dismemberment
Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) coverage provides benefits in the event of an accidental death or dismemberment. Internet Broadcasting provides you with two times your annual salary of AD&D coverage.

Voluntary Term Life & AD&D Insurance
You can choose to purchase additional supplemental term life insurance and/or AD&D insurance for yourself and/or your dependents.

Disability Benefits
Disability coverage enables you to continue collecting a portion of your earnings if a qualified disability prevents you from working. Internet Broadcasting is pleased to provide both STD and LTD disability coverage.

Short-Term Disability (STD)
Should you have an accident or illness that causes an extended period of absence, STD can help maintain a portion of your income. Approved STD generally follows 10 days of absence and can extend to 90 days depending upon your situation and pays a non-taxable amount of 66.67% of your pre-disability pay.

Long-Term Disability (LTD)
When accidents or illnesses cause lengthy absences, LTD can provide income assistance. Internet Broadcasting provides for coverage of 60% of your salary, at no cost to you, up to a maximum of $10,000 per month.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides free and confidential access to solutions for everyday challenges at work or home, as well as support for emotional and physical well being for you and your immediate family members (including referrals). This program is available 24 hours per day, 365 days a year.

Flexible Spending Account
A Flexible Spending Account (FSA) allows employees to set aside pre-tax earnings to pay for eligible medical and/or dependent care expenses. Internet Broadcasting employees can defer up to $3,000 annually for a Health Care FSA and $5,000 annually for a Dependent Care FSA.

Health Savings Account
A Health Savings Account (HSA) is like a 401(k) for your health. Be prepared for future medical expenses with a Health Savings Account. Available to anyone with a qualified high-deductible health plan, an HSA is a tax-exempt account that allows you to build up money year after year. You can make contributions to your account each year. If you don’t use all the money in your account, the balance rolls over to following years. Those dollars continue to earn interest — and continue to be available for medical expenses year after year.

401(k) Retirement Savings Plan
The 401(k) plan is a salary deferral plan that allows you to save money for retirement using pre-tax dollars. Internet Broadcasting’s plan has thirteen (13) investment options and a company match on contributions.

Paid Time Off (PTO)
We at Internet Broadcasting pride ourselves in providing a healthy, comfortable work environment for our employees. An important part of that is giving you the opportunity to take a mental and physical break from the demands of your job during the year. PTO can be used for any reason (personal, sick and/or vacation time). Annual PTO allotments range from 16 to 25 days, depending upon length of service.
